If you hunt or fish in Michigan you need to know about and support the ANGLERS OF THE AUSABLE. They are a small but extraordinarily effective group of sportsman dedicated to preserving and protecting our Ausable River system.
Recently the "Anglers" were successful at trial and appeal in preventing the introduction of remediated water into the headwaters of the AuSable system. Just imagine a cattail filled warm water river and the destruction of one of our country's finest cold water fisheries.
